COMING UP: ST. PETER’S PLANT AND FLOWER SALE – THIRD FRIDAY APRIL 15
Salisbury’s Third Friday Downtown events are proving to be a valuable way for us to engage in evangelism, bringing new people into our church and letting them know about what we are doing at St. Peter’s.
The new “Third Friday Downtown” season kicks off on Friday, April 15 from 5pm to 8pm
with the theme “Planet Earth” and St. Peter’s is participating in a number of ways: we will host the St. Peter’s Plant and Flower Sale
in the courtyard with all proceeds to go to the Altar Guild Fund; the children’s activity will be planting seeds
to take home with them; members of the Altar Guild will be doing flower arranging demonstrations
in the church; and we’re grilling and selling hot dogs and drinks
in the courtyard.
Please come and support St. Peter’s and invite friends and neighbors to stop by the church and courtyard as well. Why not join in the fun and help volunteer – we would love to have your participation! Contact Linda Hurley for more details and if you’re interested in lending a hand: firstname.lastname@example.org
. Or contact the Parish Office: 410-742-5118.
UTO INGATHERING – BLUE MITE BOXES
From this past Sunday’s UTO Ingathering we have received more than $260 in donations (that’s a lot of coins!). Thank you to everyone who turned in their UTO blue mite boxes. These boxes are being accepted through the last Sunday of April, so you can still bring yours to church and participate in this Ingathering.

LAST CHANCE TO SIGN-UP FOR PARISH DIRECTORY
The last chance to sign up to have your picture taken for the new Church Pictorial Directory is this Sunday at the Annual Meeting. A few slots remain for next week. If you are unable to sign up this Sunday, please call or email Carole DiPietro (410.749.4364) or email@example.com
to make your appointment. If you are not available for a photo session on the currently scheduled dates, please sign up for a make up session to be scheduled in May.
VOLUNTEERS are needed during the picture taking sessions to man the door nearest the parish parking lot to allow entrance into the Parish Hall after the church office is closed. You may sign up at the Annual Meeting or contact Carole DiPietro.
THANK YOU to those who have scheduled appointments or signed up for the make up session and to those who have volunteered to greet parishioners at the door. This is a project that allows us to use our time and talent toward a good cause and receive FREE STUFF. We want you to be included in the directory. Thank you also to Jim Ritch, our photographer and fellow parishioner.

DVD OF BRUCE HORNER’S FUNERAL NOW AVAILABLE IN PARISH LIBRARY
At Sallie Horner’s request, parishioner John Sharpe videotaped and edited a marvelous keepsake video of Bruce Horner’s funeral service.
Thoughtfully, he made a copy for the use of St. Peter’s Church. It is now stored in the Parish Library and you may take it for viewing by signing your name and the date taken in the book provided. Please note the returned date also in the book.
You will find the DVD, with Bruce’s photo on the front, and the brown book on the shelf with the Reeves cd collection.
