GREEN HILL SUNDAY AUGUST 21
This year we are celebrating our tradition of Green Hill Sunday on Sunday, August 21. Green Hill church is the mother church of the parishes of Wicomico County which all were once part of Stepney Parish. Once a year we return to this colonial church for a joint service and picnic. The service of Holy Eucharist will be held that day at 11am with the picnic to follow on the church grounds. St. Peter’s Father David Michaud is the Celebrant and the Rev. Dennis Morgan from St. Mary’s Tyaskin is the preacher.
NURSERY VOLUNTEER NEEDED

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL – HAVE YOU SIGNED UP YET?
The Wicomico Episcopal Churches are coming together this summer to host a joint Vacation Bible School (V.B.S.) from Sunday, August 7 through Thursday, August 11 from 5pm to 8pm – the first three days will be hosted at St. Peter’s and the last two days will be hosted by St. Alban’s, Salisbury.
Registration forms and information are now available on the VBS page on our parish website: http://www.stpeterschurch.net/education/vacation-bible-school/. Registration forms are also available on the table by the parlor at coffee hour this Sunday, and from the Parish Office.
We are in need of volunteers: adults and high school and middle school students. St. Peter’s is also hosting the dinner for participants on Sunday evening August 7 and volunteers are needed for that too. Contact Sherri Hall about volunteer opportunities: email@example.com.
