ANNUAL MEETING APRIL 30 – 250th ANNIVERSARY IS ON THE AGENDA
The Annual Meeting of St. Peter’s, Salisbury Parish will be this Sunday, April 30 at 9:30am in the Parish Hall. A Parish Breakfast will precede the meeting in the Hall from 8:45am until 9:30am, featuring dishes cooked by our resident chefs: Tom Clarke, Jimmy Hill and Shaffiq Gaddis. Make sure to come early for a delicious breakfast.
It is the responsibility of members of the parish to attend the Annual Meeting. It is your opportunity to choose the leaders of the parish, to understand what is happening in the parish and to hear from your leaders.
Besides the usual business of reports and elections, there will be a presentation and discussion by the 250th Anniversary Committee about upcoming plans to celebrate St. Peter’s 250th Anniversary in 2018.
There will be no 9am service on April 30; just 745am and 11am. The new Vestry members and officers will be commissioned at the 11am service. Child Care will be available during the Parish Meeting and the 11am service. Please plan to attend either the early or later services in addition to attending the annual meeting.
