OPPORTUNITIES FOR FELLOWSHIP

There are many fun and rewarding events and activities at St. Peter’s and you are invited!  Go to the Parish Calendar for what’s happening this week, this month, or into the future.  Notices of upcoming events are also announced in the weekly e-newsletter Peter’s Post and on the News section of the website.

OPPORTUNITIES FOR CARING

Comforters Group

10am every Monday morning

Parish House Library

Comforters Group prays for those in need, and then members participate in a study of Scriptures or an inspirational writing.  Newcomers welcome.

St. Peter’s Caring Team

As the needs arise

This is a “virtual team” of parishioners who have put their email addresses on a list as part of the Caring Team and are notified when a fellow parishioner is in need of assistance.  Caring Team members can then volunteer to help by responding to that email.  To join the Caring Team, parishioners may send an email asking to be put on the Caring Team list to lmccarthy6@comcast.net.

Joseph House Kitchen

Fourth Tuesday each month

St. Peter’s Kitchen 9am

Joseph House 10:30am

Volunteers from St. Peter’s take a turn each month at preparing and serving the lunch meal at Joseph House in Salisbury, a place where those in need can receive a free hot meal.  Contact Jean Richmond for more information.
