Celebrating Patronal Feast Day this Sunday

The Feast day of our Patron Saint, Peter, is June 29, the Feast of St. Peter and St. Paul.  We will be celebrating our Patronal Feast this Sunday, June 30 at our 8am and 10am Worship Services.  The Readings will be taken from the propers for this Feast Day:  Ezekiel 34:11-16 2 Timothy 4:1-8 John 21:15-19  , Psalm 87 .  The color of the day is red, in remembrance of Peter’s martyrdom.

Historic Tours of St. Peter’s Fri June 21

As part of the Downtown Third Friday in Salisbury, St. Peter’s will be open for free tours of the church on Friday, June 21 from 5pm to 7pm. The theme for Third Friday this month is “architectural history.”   Volunteer docents from the parish will guide visitors on a tour, pointing out architectural features and relaying the history of the church.  Visitors can also visit the Parish Museum located in the Parlor in the Parish House.  There is no charge and all are welcome.  A great opportunity to invite people to see St. Peter’s

Docents and attendants are also needed.  Contact the Parish Office if you are willing to volunteer.
